If we find we have made an error before we dispatch your order we will contact you to advise of any price or specification changes. If after receiving your goods, you feel the goods do not match their description on the website then please follow our standard returns policy.
Shipping And Handling
Orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days using a 48 hour courier service. For delivery charges please refer to the Order section on the website.
Out of stock Item(s) out of stock will be indicated on the website. However, in the event that you order an out of stock item, we will contact you within 48 hours to give you the expected delivery time and the option to cancel.
Tax Charges All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the standard UK rate of 20%.

If you have received a product from us that is either faulty or the incorrect size you MUST first contact us before returning the item. ALL goods must be returned with a copy of the relevant invoice.
We are happy to refund or replace any faulty goods or goods that are the incorrect size, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition. However, you will be liable for any postage charges on these goods.
Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing products within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Fortress Distribution reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
