Making A Purchase
To make a purchase, browse our Order section, and select the number of each item you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. Please note we cannot accept telephone orders.
We can only accept orders from within the United Kingdom. We accept credit card and debit card payments.
All items are shown in £ sterling. Fortress Distribution reserves the right to change any advertised price at any time.
Every attempt has been made to ensure that the prices and details of products on this website are correct. If we find we have made an error before we dispatch your order we will contact you to advise of any price or specification changes. If after receiving your goods, you feel the goods do not match their description on the website then please follow our standard returns policy.
Shipping And Handling
Orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days using a 48 hour courier service. Delivery is charged at £3.50 for orders under £50 and £7.50 for orders over £50.
Delivery Schedule
Out of stock Item(s) out of stock will be indicated on the website. However, in the event that you order an out of stock item, we will contact you within 48 hours to give you the expected delivery time and the option to cancel.
Tax Charges All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the standard UK rate of 20%.

Returns Policy
If you have received a product from us that is faulty you MUST first contact us before returning the item. ALL goods must be returned with a copy of the relevant invoice.
We are happy to refund or replace any faulty goods, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition. However, you will be liable for any postage charges on these goods.
Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption; neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing products within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Fortress Distribution reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
